Debbies Sweet Potato Casserole

• 3 sweet potatoes, baked, mashed (3 cups)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup butter (less if you have to)
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 14 cup plain flour
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 12 cup pecans, chopped
• 12 cup coconut

1. Combine all the filling ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
2. (I use my hand mixer for this)
3. Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
4. Mix all topping ingredients.
5. Spoon onto filling mixture.
6. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
7. (depending on the depth of your baking dish).
