AMIEs MANGO Tiramisu CAKE

  1. Blend butter and sugar, until creamy.
  2. Add milk and mascarpone, stir gently until well blended.
  3. Add 2 mangoes and mix until frothy to make mango cream mix.
  4. Lay lady fingers in a 9x9 serving dish.
  5. Top with mango cream mixture.
  6. Lay second layers.
  7. Repeat process.
  8. In the last layer, top and cover with more mango cream mix, garnish with mango slices and cherries.
  9. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight to set better.
  10. Serve, share... and enjoy!
