AMIEs MANGO Tiramisu CAKE
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar, or depending how sweet u want it
- 250 grams marcarpone or 250 grams whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 big ripe mangoes, chopped
- 1 ripe mangoes, sliced, for garnish
- 24 lady fingers
- 1 maraschino cherry, for ganish, if desired
- Blend butter and sugar, until creamy.
- Add milk and mascarpone, stir gently until well blended.
- Add 2 mangoes and mix until frothy to make mango cream mix.
- Lay lady fingers in a 9x9 serving dish.
- Top with mango cream mixture.
- Lay second layers.
- Repeat process.
- In the last layer, top and cover with more mango cream mix, garnish with mango slices and cherries.
- Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight to set better.
- Serve, share... and enjoy!
