Habanero Sauce (Southwest) (Paleo Compliant)

  1. Combine all ingredients except habaneros.
  2. Bring to a boil until carrots are soft.
  3. Place all in food processor and pulse until smooth.
  4. If too thick, add a little more lime juice or white vinegar.
  5. Six habaneros will be hot.
  6. Twelve will be insane, and you'll need to add more lime or vinegar for sure.
  7. Transfer to a jar or glass bottle.
  8. I sterilize old hot sauce bottles and re-use them.
