Crispy Ranch Chicken
- 2 cups ranch potato chips, crushed
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- Combine potato chips and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts evenly with mayonnaise;coat with chips.
- Arrange chicken on lightly greased rack of broiler pan.
- Place in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
