Lamb With Black Olives

  1. Coat lamb chops with flour and place them in an earthen ware pan with olive oil.
  2. Saute on both sides for about 6 minutes.
  3. Remove a small part of the oil, add to the pan chopped olives, lemon juice, origanum and hot pepper.
  4. Adjust seasoning, cook for another 4 minutes and serve hot.
