Banana-Caramel Parfaits

  1. Place cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in 12-qt.
  2. bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  3. Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 min.
  4. or until light and fluffy.
  5. Gradually add 4-1/2 qt.
  6. of the whipped topping (or 3 cups of the whipped topping for trial recipe), beating on low speed after each addition until well blended.
  7. Layer 5 banana slices and 2 tsp.
  8. of the caramel topping in bottom of each of 24 parfait glasses (or four parfait glasses for trial recipe).
  9. Top each with 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Repeat all layers.
  11. Top each with 5 of the remaining banana slices and 2 tsp.
  12. of the remaining caramel topping.
  13. Top each parfait with 1/4 cup of the remaining whipped topping, being sure to completely cover bananas.
  14. Sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon, if desired.
  15. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
