Banana-Caramel Parfaits
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 gal. prepared whipped topping, divided
- 24 each medium bananas, cut into 15 slices each, divided
- 3 cups caramel ice cream topping
- Place cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in 12-qt.
- bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
- Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 min.
- or until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add 4-1/2 qt.
- of the whipped topping (or 3 cups of the whipped topping for trial recipe), beating on low speed after each addition until well blended.
- Layer 5 banana slices and 2 tsp.
- of the caramel topping in bottom of each of 24 parfait glasses (or four parfait glasses for trial recipe).
- Top each with 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat all layers.
- Top each with 5 of the remaining banana slices and 2 tsp.
- of the remaining caramel topping.
- Top each parfait with 1/4 cup of the remaining whipped topping, being sure to completely cover bananas.
- Sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon, if desired.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
