Curried Fruit Sauce For Turkey Recipe

  1. Drain and reserve juice from oranges.
  2. Add in water to make 1 1/2 c..
  3. In small saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, bouillon, curry pwdr, and ginger.
  4. Gradually add in reserved liquid.
  5. Cook over medium high heat.
  6. Heat till thickened.
  7. Stir in oranges and grapes.
  8. Serve over turkey.
  9. Makes 2 1/2 c. sauce.
