Curried Fruit Sauce For Turkey Recipe
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 c. green grapes, cut in halves
- Warm sliced turkey
- Drain and reserve juice from oranges.
- Add in water to make 1 1/2 c..
- In small saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, bouillon, curry pwdr, and ginger.
- Gradually add in reserved liquid.
- Cook over medium high heat.
- Heat till thickened.
- Stir in oranges and grapes.
- Serve over turkey.
- Makes 2 1/2 c. sauce.
