Brown Sugar Pears Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in brown sugar; stir 1 minute.
  3. Add in pear slices and lemon juice; cook till pears begin to release juice and syrup forms in skillet, turning pear slices frequently, about 3 min.
  4. (Can be made 2 hrs ahead.
  5. Let stand at room temperature.
  6. Rewarm before using.)
  7. Makes 6 servings.
