Vegan Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line two 9 inch baking pans with parchment paper.
  3. If you don't have parchment paper, spray with Pam.
  4. In a large bowl mix together the applesauce, water, vanilla, and vinegar.
  5. In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture.
  7. Beat well.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
