Tinklee's Fudgy Glaze
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil, boiling at a steady rate, let it come to a soft ball stage or 234F
- Your ready to frost with the glaze!
- pour out and spread fast, when this goes to set it will firm up real quick
- This glaze will thicken upon cooling, leaving a fudge topping to what ever you put it on
