Tinklee's Fudgy Glaze

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil, boiling at a steady rate, let it come to a soft ball stage or 234F
  2. Your ready to frost with the glaze!
  3. pour out and spread fast, when this goes to set it will firm up real quick
  4. This glaze will thicken upon cooling, leaving a fudge topping to what ever you put it on

sugar, unsalted butter, milk, cocoa powder
