Far East Marinade

• 1 (10 ounce) jar hoisin sauce
• 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 14 cup sherry wine
• 4 tablespoons peanut oil
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed

1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer and simmer 2-3 minutes.
