Mandys shepherds pie

  1. Peel potatoes put in cold water and bring to a boil cook until softened,drain then mash with enough butter and milk and salt and pepper to Ur taste
  2. Brown lamb /beef mince in oil and add chopped veg and herbs and seasonings and stock,cook until veg is tender and liquid is reduced and slightly thickened
  3. Put mix into oven proof dish and top with mash ,place in oven for 45-50 minutes until Browned at 400F
  4. Serve with veg and enjoy
