Cantaloupe Gelatin Recipe 3dgelatin
- 3 packages of unflavored gelatin of 7 grams each (21 grams
- 2 cups of water,
- 2 cups. of fresh cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 drop of edible yellow color
- 1/2 cantaloupe shell
- In a bowl add, the unflavored gelatin with 1 cup of water beat and let hydrate 10 minutes.
- In a blender add, the cantaloupe without skin, blend well save for the next step.
- In a 2 quart pan,add 1 cup of water,1 1/2 cup of sugar,1 drop of edible yellow color,the hydrate unflavored gelatin beat, and cook 3 minutes.Let it gets cold
- Add, the mixture cantaloupe into the pan mix well.
- Add, the mixture cantaloupe into the cantaloupe shell, and refrigerate until it gets firm texture.
- After the gelatin is ready cut slice and decorate with the cantaloupe seeds to simulate the real cantaloupe.
