Steamed Shrimp With Soy-Ginger Sauce

  1. Mix tarragon, salt, celery seed and cayenne in small bowl.
  2. Place shrimp in a Zip N Steam Bag.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Add beer to bag.
  5. Steam until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with sauce for dipping.
  7. Soy-Ginger Sauce.
  8. In small bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, onion and ginger.
