Steamed Shrimp With Soy-Ginger Sauce
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled (medium or large)
- 12 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon celery seed
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- Mix tarragon, salt, celery seed and cayenne in small bowl.
- Place shrimp in a Zip N Steam Bag.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Add beer to bag.
- Steam until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes.
- Serve with sauce for dipping.
- Soy-Ginger Sauce.
- In small bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, onion and ginger.
