Biscuits from Heaven
- 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp surgar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3/4 and 1/2 of 3/4 cups of milk
- Preheat oven to 475F.
- Spray your pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium size or bigger bowl mix flour, surgar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Make sure you stir the ingredients together really good.
- Mix in butter with your hands until the large clumps are smaller than sesame seeds.
- Pour in milk (Which ill explain again.
- Use the 3/4 of milk and then fill the 3/4 measuring cup half way and pour in) Nead with hands until its dough ball.
- Get a small plate or use cleaned off kitchen counter and sprinkle flour.
- Tear off 2 tbsp.
- worth of dough and roll and shape your biscuits in the flour and put them in your cooking pan.
- Once that is done sprinkle a small amount of flour on top of biscuits.
- Bake in oven for 12 to 16 minutes; or until they are evenly golden on top.
