PHILADELPHIA S'Mores Dessert Bars
- 10 graham crackers, divided
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. tub.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
- Use enough crackers to evenly cover bottom of 13x9-inch pan, breaking if necessary to fit.
- Coarsely crush remaining crackers; reserve for later use.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add marshmallow creme; mix well.
- Carefully spread over crackers in pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Microwave chocolate and COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
- Spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with reserved crushed crackers.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
