Chicken Tenderloin Orange Rice Medley

  1. In a large skillet, saute chicken sprinkled with ginger in 2 tablespoons oil.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. In same skillet, melt butter and saute celery.
  4. Add in water chestnuts, orange slices, chicken, almonds and salt.
  5. Heat throughly for approximately 10 minutes.
