Apple Cheese Crisp, Roy Rogers Style Recipe
- 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
- 1/4 c. Tiny cubes sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- Empty pie filling into medium mixing bowl; cut up large apple pcs.
- Fold in cheddar cheese pcs.
- Spoon mix into 6 custard c..
- Combine sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl, mixing till crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping on apple mix in c.. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Six servings.
