Beef Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Cook peppers, covered in boiling water 5 min; drain.
  3. Place in 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish.
  4. Brown beef and onion in skillet 5 min.
  5. Add in rice, salt, pepper, 1 can tomato sauce and corn.
  6. Bring to boiling about 3 min.
  7. Cover and remove from heat.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Stuff into pepper shells.
  10. Spoon remaining can of tomato sauce over meat mix.
  11. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 min or possibly till warm.
