Versatile Salad Dressing
- 2 ripe pears
- 5 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 14 cup unsalted cashews
- 14 cup lite olive oil
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)
- 12 teaspoon dried marjoram (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped)
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh, chopped)
- Place all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth (use steel blade).
- Keeps for up to a week in your fridge, covered.
