Indoor Smores

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cover small baking sheet with foil, and lightly oil the foil.
  3. Put graham crackers top side down on a cutting board or another baking sheet.
  4. Slather each graham cracker with chocolate.
  5. Put marshmallows on the foil-covered baking sheet, and broil a few seconds, until tops are browned.
  6. Turn over to brown the other side.
  7. Put a toasted marshmallow on half of the chocolate-coated graham crackers.
  8. Top each with another graham, chocolate side down, and serve.
