Indoor Smores
- Oil for baking sheet
- 36 graham crackers (to make your own, see recipe here)
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 18 large marshmallows
- Preheat broiler.
- Cover small baking sheet with foil, and lightly oil the foil.
- Put graham crackers top side down on a cutting board or another baking sheet.
- Slather each graham cracker with chocolate.
- Put marshmallows on the foil-covered baking sheet, and broil a few seconds, until tops are browned.
- Turn over to brown the other side.
- Put a toasted marshmallow on half of the chocolate-coated graham crackers.
- Top each with another graham, chocolate side down, and serve.
