Chocolate-Orange Cream Cheese Flan

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook 1 cup sugar in small saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until deep golden brown, stirring constantly; pour into 8-inch round pan.
  4. Blend milk and cream cheese in blender until smooth.
  5. Add remaining ingredients including remaining sugar; blend well.
  6. Pour over syrup in pan; cover with foil.
  7. Place in larger pan.
  8. Add enough water to larger pan to come halfway up side of smaller pan.
  9. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
  10. Remove from oven.
  11. Place flan on wire rack; cool completely.
  12. Refrigerate 4 hours before unmolding to serve.
