Unbelievable Artichoke Spinach Dip

• 1 (13 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
• 1 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 14 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded,divided
• 1 tablespoon fresh romano cheese, grated

1. Combine all except 1/2 cup monterey jack and spread into a well greased 1 quart baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with extra cheese.
3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
4. Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
