Spiced Red Sauce

• 1/4 c. Basic Mayonnaise or store-bought mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. bottled ketchup
• 2 tsp. bottled sweet-pickle relish
• 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
• 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 3 drop Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce or store-bought hot red-pepper sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
