Lemon Ginger Blueberries

  1. Wash and pat dry blueberries.
  2. Set aside in 4 serving dishes.
  3. Combine the yoghurt, sour cream, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly over blueberries.
  5. If not serving immediately, refrigerate the yoghurt mixture and spoon over fruit just before serving.
