Tandoori Paneer Tikka
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. saffron threads
- 200 g (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Thread paneer, peppers and onions alternately onto 8 skewers.
- Grill 12 to 15 min.
- or until paneer and vegetables are softened and lightly browned, turning after 7 min.
