Easy Chili Recipe
- 2 lbs. of very LEAN minced beef
- 2 cans of Hormel chili with no beans
- 1/2 pound of warm Mexican Velveeta
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes
- Brown meat in large pot, drain.
- Add in other ingredients and cook over LOW heat for awhile.
- Serve as dip with chips.
- Or possibly serve in bowl with minced onion and cheese and crackers.
- Or possibly serve over warm tamales.
