Braised chicken

  1. Take a large pan.
  2. Add chicken to the oil and brown both sides
  3. Then add dried rosemary and thyme
  4. Add the rest of the vegetables and mix well
  5. Mix tomato paste with some chicken broth and put it in the pan
  6. Put the lid on the pan and let it cook for 35 minutes.... Keep adding broth so that it doesnt dry up
  7. Serve with beard and enjoy :)
