Walnut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream egg yolks with sugar substitute.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
  4. Cream together all ingredients except coarsely chopped walnuts and fold in egg whites.
  5. Put dough (1 tablespoon at a time) on buttered cookie sheet, place walnuts on top, and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden.
