Chewy Granola Bars
- 7 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup each chopped dried apricots, dried cranberries and raisins
- 1/2 cup each sliced almonds and chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup each sunflower seeds and sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1 pkg. (400 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 3 oz. (1/2 of 180-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate, chopped
- Combine corn flakes, fruit, nuts, sunflower seeds and coconut in large bowl.
- Microwave margarine in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
- or until melted.
- Add marshmallows; stir to evenly coat.
- Microwave 1-1/2 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
- Pour over corn flake mixture; mix well.
- Stir in chopped chocolates.
- Press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
