Garden Vegetable Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 14 cup red bell pepper
- 14 cup green bell pepper
- 14 cup carrot
- 14 cup cauliflower
- 14 cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 12 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
- 34 teaspoon garlic salt
- cracker
- Finely chop all vegetables.
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream, blend well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except crackers, blend well.
- Cover, refrigerate at least one hour.
- Serve with Crackers.
