Delicious Eye Of Round Roast Recipe

• 1 eye of round roast
• Soy sauce to taste
• Worcestershire sauce to taste
• Several pats of butter

1. Preheat oven on broil to 500 degrees.
2. Place roast on metal sheet pan.
3. Pierce top of roast with meat fork.
4. Pour Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce over roast.
5. Top roast with butter pats.
6. Place roast in oven and cook 3 min per lb.
7. of roast.
8. Turn off oven and leave roast in oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
9. Don't open oven door.
