Libbies Potato Doughnuts

• 2 cups potatoes, mashed
• 2 tablespoons lard, melted
• 1 cup milk, sour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 6 cups flour

1. flour to make a stiff dough
2. roll out cut and fry in deep hot fat and then sugar.
