pork chops and gravey
- 4 potaoes
- 1 gravey packet
- can of any vegtable
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 pinch dill
- slice butter
- chop potatoes up and stick in boiling water to cook till fork tender on like 8
- put a frying pan on stove at med.
- pour oil to lightly coat bottom of pan
- when pan is hot put in pork chops cook on this side till it has seared then flip
- when potatoes are fork tender drain and add milk, salt and pepper, dill, butter
- mash potatoes till disired consistency
- turn pork chop pan down till 1-2 add sliced mushrooms (mushroom opt)
- make gravey according to packet then add to pork chop pan
- when pork chops are fully cooked serve on a plate then put a scoop of potatoes on the plate tgen spoon part of extra grabey over potatoes and pprk chops on each plate
