Honolulu Eggnog

  1. Separate the egg, and beat the white until stiff.
  2. Combine egg yolk, sugar and salt.
  3. Fold whites into yolk mixture.
  4. Add coconut milk and pineapple juice then cream.
  5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry.
