Pecan Sandy Dessert Recipe

  1. With rolling pin, roll out and crush cookies.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with butter.
  3. Press mix in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  5. Cold and set aside in refrigerator.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2/3 of the Cold Whip.
  7. Spread over cooled crust.
  8. Mix 2 pkgs.
  9. lemon instant pudding with the lowfat milk, blending for 2 min.
  10. Put mix over cream cheese layer and let cold.
  11. After pudding is set, spread rest of Cold Whip over dessert.
