  1. preheat oven at 375, set 4 -6 ounce custard cups upside down on baking sheet.
  2. cover the tortillas with a damp paper towel and microwave them untill they are pliable, about 30 seconds.
  3. working with one tortilla at a time, lightly coat both sides with cooking spray and then place it over a custard cup.gently press the tortilla edges against the cup.
  4. or if you have the taco pan use them.
  5. you can get them at Dollar General or walmart.
  6. bake the toratillas untill they are light golden brown, about eight to ten minutes.
  7. remove them from the cups and place them up right on a plate.
  8. Brown your ground beef ,cook it.
  9. you can add taco seasoning if you want optional.
  10. add ground beef into your taco shell, add your black beans that are cooked, lettuce, tomato , cheese, and sour cream and top with jalapenos.
  11. picante sauce optional
