taco bowl
- 4 flour tortilas
- 2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded chardder cheese
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 cup ground beef
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup jalapenos sliced
- 1 cooking oil spray
- preheat oven at 375, set 4 -6 ounce custard cups upside down on baking sheet.
- cover the tortillas with a damp paper towel and microwave them untill they are pliable, about 30 seconds.
- working with one tortilla at a time, lightly coat both sides with cooking spray and then place it over a custard cup.gently press the tortilla edges against the cup.
- or if you have the taco pan use them.
- you can get them at Dollar General or walmart.
- bake the toratillas untill they are light golden brown, about eight to ten minutes.
- remove them from the cups and place them up right on a plate.
- Brown your ground beef ,cook it.
- you can add taco seasoning if you want optional.
- add ground beef into your taco shell, add your black beans that are cooked, lettuce, tomato , cheese, and sour cream and top with jalapenos.
