Spinach and Cream Cheese Spread

  1. Allowed cream cheese to come to room temperature
  2. Defrost and drain spinach thoroughly.
  3. drain and dice water chestnuts
  4. Blend all the ingredients well and refrigerator overnight
  5. Serve with crackers or slice toasted baguettes
