Spinach and Cream Cheese Spread

• 1 (8 oz) box frozen chopped spinach.
• 1 (8 oz) box cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 bunch bunch green onions
• 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
• 1 envelope dried vegetable soup mix
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Allowed cream cheese to come to room temperature
2. Defrost and drain spinach thoroughly.
3. drain and dice water chestnuts
4. Blend all the ingredients well and refrigerator overnight
5. Serve with crackers or slice toasted baguettes
