  1. Wash everything.
  2. Put 1/4 cup of filtered water in blender, add lemon or lime juice, add cucumber, add berries then remaining ingredients, a little at a time, continue to blend this recipe makes entire days worth of your fruits and vegetables.
  3. You may drink throughout the day.
