Cheesy Mustard Steaks

  1. Rub steaks all over with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Barbeque/grill or pan-fry the steaks until browned and ALMOST tender.
  3. Meanwhile combine all the'topping' ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Spread with the topping.
  5. Cook until the cheese is melted and the steaks are tender!
