Tortellini & Vegetable Vinaigrette
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
- 1 cup each thin red and yellow pepper strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup each small broccoli and cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
- Rinse with cold water until cooled; drain well.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate pasta and vegetable mixture, in separate containers, 1 hour.
- Toss pasta with vegetable mixture just before serving.
