Wakame Seaweed and Garlic Soup with Cabbage
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1/8 head Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Dried wakame seaweed
- 500 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Chicken soup stock (granules)
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Sesame seeds
- Thinly slice the garlic into rounds and cut the cabbage into bite-sized bits.
- Lightly saute the garlic in sesame oil in a wok or frying pan to release the aroma.
- Add cabbage and briskly saute.
- Add ingredients marked , then bring to a boil.
- Transfer to serving dishes, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
