Graham Pudding Recipe

  2. Scald lowfat milk in double boiler.
  3. Add in tapioca, sugar, crackers and salt.
  4. Cook till tapioca is clear (about 15 min), stirring frequently.

  6. Add in raisins, vanilla, butter, lemon juice and nutmeg.
  7. 3.
  8. Pour tapioca mix slowly over egg, stirring vigorously.
  9. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in oven (350 degrees F.) 30 min.

  11. Chill.
  12. Serve with whipped cream.
