Reuben Meatloaf

  1. Combine all meat mixture ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of loaf pan.
  3. Make slight indentation, lengthwise down centre of meat loaf.
  4. Combine all filling mixture and put in indentation.
  5. Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing to enclose filling and sealing edges.
  6. Cook at HIGH (100%) 13 to 18 minutes or until firm and temperature is 145F.
  7. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
