Taiwanese-style Ramen Noodles

  1. Parboil bean sprouts and Chinese chives.
  2. You can also microwave them for about 1 minute.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the garlic and red chili peppers.
  4. When fragrant, add ground meat, and continue stir-frying.
  5. Once it's cooked through, add doubanjiang and gochujang.
  6. Add * ingredients in a pot, and simmer.
  7. Serve the noodles, bean sprouts, chives, seasoned meat into a bowl in that order.
  8. Pour soup on top, and it's done.
