Iced Hot Chocolate

  1. Bring 3 cups of milk, 1/3 cup water, and sugar to a simmer in heavy large saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth.
  4. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 4 hours (Can be made one day ahead.
  5. Cover and keep refridgerated).
  6. Mix 3/4 cup milk into chocolate mixture.
  7. Working in batches, blend until frothy.
  8. Divide ice among 4 glasses.
  9. Pour Chocolate mixture over and serve.
