Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

  1. Crust: Mix wafers with sugar and melted butter.
  2. Place in springform pan and chill.
  3. Filling: In a large bowl, beat whipping cream first.
  4. Set aside.
  5. With clean beaters, cream cheese until fluffly.
  6. Slowly beat in condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
  7. Dissolve coffee.
  8. Add to the mixture.
  9. Add whipped cream.
  10. Pour into crumb lined pan and freeze for 10 hours or until firm.
  11. Option Garnishes: Chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, whipped cream, raspberry coulis, chocolate sauce.
