Frozen Mocha Cheesecake
- 1 14 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 14 cup sugar
- 13 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softeded
- 23 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua (or Baileys)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tsp hot water)
- 1 cup whipping cream (beat until stiff)
- Crust: Mix wafers with sugar and melted butter.
- Place in springform pan and chill.
- Filling: In a large bowl, beat whipping cream first.
- Set aside.
- With clean beaters, cream cheese until fluffly.
- Slowly beat in condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
- Dissolve coffee.
- Add to the mixture.
- Add whipped cream.
- Pour into crumb lined pan and freeze for 10 hours or until firm.
- Option Garnishes: Chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, whipped cream, raspberry coulis, chocolate sauce.
