Emeril's Shrimp and Pasta with Chilis, Garlic, Lemon and Green Onions

  1. Toss the shrimp in a medium bowl with the Essence.
  2. Place the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large 14-inch skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan, spreading them evenly in 1 layer.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes then turn them to the other side.
  5. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and remaining 2 tablespoons of the butter and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  7. Season the shrimp with the salt and pepper and add the pasta, crushed red pepper flakes and green onions, tossing to coat well.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat, add the parsley, and toss to combine.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  11. Yield: 2/3 cup
