Double-Chocolate Cookie Dippers & Mousse

• 1/2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
• 4 pkg. (0.78 oz. each) mini fudge-drizzled chocolate-chocolate chip cookies

1. Microwave chocolate piece in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.
2. ; stir until completely melted.
3. Whisk in 2 Tbsp.
4. COOL WHIP until well blended.
5. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP.
6. Refrigerate 30 min.
7. Serve as a dip with the cookies.
