Crispy Pizza with Basil Sauce
- 90 grams Strong flour
- 10 grams Katakuriko
- 1 pinch Salt
- 55 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Basil Sauce:
- 3 to 4 slices Bacon
- 1 Pizza cheese
- 1 Grated cheese
- 1 Basil
- Combine all ingredients, except for the water, into a bowl and use a whisk to mix.
- Add the water, then knead for 3 minutes by hand.
- If you have time, wrap in plastic wrap, then put it in a sealed container for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Lightly dust a sheet of parchment paper with flour (or aluminum foil, if baking in a oven), lay the dough on top, then roll out.
- If you have time, blind bake the dough.
- Add the toppings in the following order: basil sauce, black pepper, vegetables, bacon or other meat, cheese, and basil, then drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes in oven preheated to 230C, then serve!
- Or, bake in a oven until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
