Crispy Pizza with Basil Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the water, into a bowl and use a whisk to mix.
  2. Add the water, then knead for 3 minutes by hand.
  3. If you have time, wrap in plastic wrap, then put it in a sealed container for 15 to 30 minutes.
  4. Lightly dust a sheet of parchment paper with flour (or aluminum foil, if baking in a oven), lay the dough on top, then roll out.
  5. If you have time, blind bake the dough.
  6. Add the toppings in the following order: basil sauce, black pepper, vegetables, bacon or other meat, cheese, and basil, then drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes in oven preheated to 230C, then serve!
  8. Or, bake in a oven until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
